Tim Dutton is the Executive Director of SCOPE. Tim was the Executive Director of the Human Services Planning Association from 1996 to 2001. For the previous 13 years, he was a hospital administrator in Ohio and in rural Haiti. Prior to coming to Sarasota, Tim held positions ranging from board member of the Chamber of Commerce to guiding programs related to people who are homeless..

Suzanne Gregory has worked with SCOPE since its inception in 2001, including the role of volunteer facilitator during the year before SCOPE became incorporated. Suzanne currently directs the Aging with Dignity and Independence initiative, is part of the team launching the Institute for the Ages and manages SCOPE communications. Prior to her position with SCOPE, she was a trainer and program analyst with the Department of Children and Families. She is a graduate of Wheaton College, Massachusetts.

Maureen Hadden has worked for SCOPE since it began. Maureen has lived in the Sarasota area since 1993 and has worked in the nonprofit arena for over 25 years.

Allison Pinto is a neighbor in the Central-Cocoanut neighborhood where the SCOPE office is located and now also directs the Community Data and Neighborhoods initiatives at SCOPE. She is a graduate of UCLA with a Ph.D. in clinical child psychology and has a background in systems theory/practice and community change initiatives.

Colleen McGue is also a Central-Cocoanut neighbor. She assists Allison with the mapping aspect of the Community Data initiative at SCOPE, assists Suzanne with social media for the Aging with Dignity and Independence initiative, and works on community engagement with the Institute of the Ages. Colleen is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a MA/MSCRP in Community & Regional Planning and Latin American Studies.
